Again at Lukoil | |||||

A tender for supply of lifting equipment was hold at the end of 2010 at Lukoil. Baltkran is again to produce a portal crane and several gantry cranes for four material supply storage areas of different oil-producing subsidiaries of l Lukoil group in Western Siberia (in the Perm region and Republic of Komi) in 2011. OOO Lukoil Western Siberia was a shareholder of Baltkran from 1998 till 2003. The cranes will be designed taking into account operation at temperature to -45C and will be equipped with high-duty rotary facilities for cleaning long crane runways during severe winter with daily heavy falls of snow. Wide-span double girder gantry cranes and the portal crane will be equipped with state-of-the-art control systems on the base of frequency inverters. Besides there are special solutions for severe atmospheric conditions: special package for reliable operation at low temperatures including gears, supporting steel structure, cable products, microclimate system in the E-house and control cabin. Last delivery of cranes for Lukiol was made in 2008. Total number of cranes delivered to Lukoil for last 20 years is 26.
