Steel casting is certified by ISO 9001

Baltkran steel casting was established in prewar Koenigsberg has being fabricating cast parts from high-alloy and carbon steel: wheels, crown wheels, gear shafts, sheaves, couplings, blocks etc. We use such types of steel as 42 CrMo4V, 50 L, 30 L and 20 L. Steel 50 L is used, for instance, in wheels fabrication that are destined in regions with low temperatures.

High quality of products is provided for new and progressive technologies, high level machining and thermal treatment. Our most popular products are cast driven wheels and forged wheels. There is a wide range of our own wheel models.

50% of wheels have being exported to Western Europe. The quality of wheels has been repeatedly approved by controlling units and special laboratories.
